This blog follows the POSSE principle ("Publish (on your) Own Site, Syndicate Elsewhere"). Essentially, every post is published here first, then mirrored on my Substack, Artificial Cognition, and sometimes shared on social media. The authoritative version of each post is the one on this website. It supports features that Substack doesn't, such as interactive figures. If you want to cite a post, the website version includes a citation block.
If you want to keep up with new posts, you can subscribe on Substack or use the RSS feed if you prefer. Substack is also where you can comment on each post.
Why do I do this? Substack is hard to avoid these days, if only to reach a broader audience and have a simple newsletter. But I don't want to depend on any one platform, and I want a long-term archive of every post that won't disappear if I ever leave Substack or the company goes under.
